Attorney Patricia Bloom-McDonald is licensed to practice law in

Former Legal Regulatory Analyst and Compliance Specialist overseeing regulatory compliance deadlines and prepare reports as they relate to the Telecommunications Act of 1996 and other laws of the Department of Telecommunications and Energy for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Federal Communication Commission of the United States Government

Examination, preparation, and processing of technical legal documents by reviewing incoming materials to determine the need for assembly and the nature of the status of the case involved

Verify citations and statutory references contained in legal documents against primary sources, legal texts, reports, Federal Reporter system, CFR, MGL, USC, Congressional Register, Congressional Research Service and the Library of Congress

Training of legal assistants and Paralegals in the operations of a law office including:

 

preparing bankruptcy petitions, legal correspondence, computerized legal research, interoffice memorandums; and

 

administrative duties pertaining to the smooth running of a legal practice, including docketing of attorney schedules; tickler files for court deadlines, and the running of Statute of Limitations

Pro Bono legal counsel for low income and indigent persons in need of legal advocacy, 2000 to the present time with the following agencies:
